As she developed Abbey Management Services, Dawn Durning rediscovered her passion for entrepreneurship and bookkeeping. She enjoys keeping up on new ways to help clients create efficiencies and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Her credentials include certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

In her career, Dawn spent 15 years in the South Florida real estate and property management industry. Her portfolio included all types of commercial and residential assets where she managed teams and property staff. This work had intensive accounting requirements.
Always an entrepreneur, Dawn started her first business at 11 years old, creating Dawn's Doll Hospital while working with her mother at Mom’s Last Resort in Plant City, Florida. Dawn currently lives in San Rafael, California with her husband and her sweet dog, Gracie.
Stephanie Vitale has over 20 years of experience in the office management industry. She is organized, honest, capable, and has an inordinate amount of common sense. These skills have come in handy as an Office Manager in businesses ranging from Retail to Recreational Facilities. From her earliest days babysitting and delivering newspapers to later managing small businesses, and providing excellent customer service. Experienced in all aspects it takes to run a small business, Stephanie would be an asset to any team.
Born in New Mexico, Stephanie's family moved to Alaska in 1968 leaving relatives and warm weather many miles behind them. Growing up and going to school in Alaska taught her skills such as self-reliance, strength of character, and a single minded toughness. Stephanie, her husband Jerry, and their adorable dog, Aldo Valentino, now spend their time between Vero Beach FL, and Kenai AK. When not tackling spreadsheets, Stephanie enjoys, Writing, Cooking, Hiking, Painting, and Organizing. Her experience as a Special Olympics Coach will always occupy a special place in her heart.
